The Automation Run History logs every entry into an automation, every step that fired, and outcomes (clicked, converted, completed, exited). Use to debug automations + measure performance.

You'll work at /admin/store/{storeId}/marketing/automations/{id}/history.

What's logged

Field Detail
Customer Who entered
Entry time When
Trigger event What caused entry
Steps fired Email 1, wait, Email 2, etc.
Step timing When each fired
Outcomes per step Open / click / conversion
Exit reason Completed / converted / unsubscribed / paused

  • You have View marketing permission.
  • Automation has runs.
