The Execution History is the per-recipient send log: what was sent to whom, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes. Used for deliverability investigation + audit.

You'll work at /admin/store/{storeId}/marketing/campaigns/{id}/history.

Steps

1. Open the campaign

2. Click Execution history

3. Filter to investigate (bounces, spam complaints)

Best practices

  • Review bounce rate: high = list hygiene issue.
  • Investigate spam complaints: sender-reputation risk.
  • Audit unsubscribes for pattern.

Common mistakes

  • Ignore high bounce → IP gets blocked.
  • Ignore spam complaints → reputation crashes.
