Common problems

• A customer cannot pay at checkout

  Check your payment provider and capture settings, then rule out the card.

• A customer says their order never arrived

  The order's payment and fulfillment statuses tell you where it is.

• A customer wants their money back

  On the Refund page, pick the items, the amount and how the money goes back.

• A product does not show on my store

  Usually a Draft status, a missing sales channel, no stock or another collection.

• A discount code will not apply

  Expired or scheduled, an eligibility rule, a usage limit or a combination.

• Customers are not getting order emails

  Spam from the default sender, a notification turned off or a wrong address.

• My domain does not open my store yet

  Add it in Tanqory, then point it here from where it is registered.

• I forgot my password

  Choose Forgot password when you log in; the emailed link works for 1 hour.
