Store Metrics Cards

Home no longer carries store metrics cards. Your headline figures are in Analytics, and your order counts are on the Orders overview, each for a date range you choose.

Home does not show a row of store metrics cards. The redesigned Home is an AI assistant box and setup task cards, so to read your headline figures you open Analytics in the sidebar, and for order counts you open Orders. This page tells you where each set of figures lives and points you to the guides.

Where your metrics are

Click Analytics in the sidebar to open the analytics dashboard. It shows cards for a date range you choose, such as Gross sales over time, Orders over time, Orders fulfilled over time, and Returning customer rate over time, each with the figure for the period and a comparison against the period before. Selecting a card plots it on the chart below. Analytics Dashboard covers the dashboard, and Metrics Reference defines each figure.

Order counts on the Orders overview

For counts tied to your orders, open Orders in the sidebar. The Orders overview has an Order Metrics section with cards for Total orders, Items ordered, Returns, and Orders fulfilled for the selected period, above the orders table. View Orders covers the overview in full.

Tips

  • Pick a date range at the top of Analytics to set the period that every card and the chart use.
  • Read the comparison next to each figure to see whether a number is rising or falling.
  • Use the Orders overview Order Metrics when you want counts tied to the order list you are working in.
