Blog Articles

In Tanqory, blog articles are called blog posts. They are listed and managed on the Blog Posts page. See Blog Posts to write and edit them.

In Tanqory, what some platforms call blog articles are called blog posts. Every post you write is listed on the Blog Posts page, where you find, open, and manage your articles. It is the same page you use to start a new post.

Where your articles are listed

Open Content, then Blog Posts. The page lists every post you have written. Use the Search blog posts box to find one by title, and the All tab, which you can extend with saved views using Add view. From the top of the page you can also Manage blogs, Manage comments, or start a new post with Add blog post. Until you write your first post, the page shows an empty state.

Each post is a row, and the columns tell you the state of the post without opening it:

Column What it shows
Article The post's title, with its excerpt below
Visibility Whether readers can see the post. A post readers can see reads Visible
Author Who wrote it
Blog Which blog the post belongs to
Updated When it was last edited
Published When it went live

Visibility and Published are the pair to read together, since they answer different questions: one is whether readers can see the post at all, the other is the date it went live. Check both before deciding a post is reaching anyone.

Write or manage an article

  • To write a new post, or to edit one, open it from this list or click Add blog post. The full editor and every field are covered in Blog Posts.
  • Blogs sets up the blogs your posts are grouped into.
  • To review reader comments on your posts, use Manage comments on this page.
  • To create or edit the blogs themselves, use Manage blogs on this page, which opens the list of blogs with an Add blog action.
