Can You Import Orders?
The short answer is no: the Orders page has an Export action but no Import, so orders cannot be uploaded from a CSV. This article gives the quick answer and points to the longer explanation of what to do with past orders instead.
On this page
No. Orders cannot be imported into Tanqory from a CSV. The Orders page carries an Export action for writing your orders out to a file, and there is no matching Import, so there is nowhere to upload an order file.
Orders come into existence in only two ways: a customer checks out on your storefront, or you build one by hand as a draft order. That holds during a migration too, so past orders from another platform stay in that platform's records rather than moving across with your products and customers.
Bringing Past Orders into Tanqory sets out what to do instead, including how to keep your old order history usable and when a draft order is the right way to recreate one.
