Brand Social Media Links
Add your social media profile links in Settings, then Brand, so your social presence lives with the rest of your brand identity. You add each link from the Social Media Links section with Add social link.
On this page
Your store's social media links live with the rest of your brand identity, in your store admin under Settings, then Brand, in the Social Media Links section. Keeping them here puts your social profiles in one place alongside your logos, colors, and tagline, so your brand details stay consistent instead of being set separately in different places.
Where social links live
Open Settings, then Brand, and scroll to the Social Media Links section. It starts with a single Add social link control, and each link you add is then listed here, so you can review or change it later.
Add a social link
Select Add social link and choose the channel you want from the list. Enter the full profile URL for that channel, meaning the complete web address such as https://instagram.com/yourbrand rather than just the handle, so the link resolves correctly. Repeat Add social link for each channel you want to include. Your links are saved with your brand and kept alongside your other brand assets.
The channels you can choose
The list covers nineteen channels, so check here before assuming yours is missing:
| Group | Channels |
|---|---|
| Social networks | Facebook, X, Threads, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Tumblr, Weibo |
| Video and audio | YouTube, Vimeo, Twitch, Spotify |
| Messaging | WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk, WeChat, Discord |
| Professional and visual | LinkedIn, Pinterest |
The grouping above is for reading convenience; the admin shows them as one list. If a channel you use is not there, link to it from your storefront navigation or a page instead. See Menus.
Best practices
- Enter the full URL, including the
https://prefix, so the link opens the right profile. - Check each URL works before you save, so customers do not reach a broken profile.
- Add only channels you actively post on. A stale profile link does more harm than an absent one.
If something goes wrong
- A link opens the wrong place. Reopen the Social Media Links section and correct the URL.
- You cannot edit the section. Your role may not allow managing brand settings. Ask an owner or admin.
